The SCD meal preparations have started today for an upcoming climbing trip to the Banff, Alberta area in a couple of days. I am making a batch of venison jerky, coconut flour muffins with fresh picked huckleberries, egg burrito wraps, and roasted nut/fruit mixes. I was also able to find some tuna in a bag along with some other fish in a bag. Easier to pack and less weight equals happy back and feet.
The trip objective is Mount Louis. I am sure I will have some good photos after the trip but this is a stock photo of the spire.
