The book is finally done!

After much hard work and almost a year of putting the pieces together our book is available online.  It is listed at Amazon.com and soon at digestive wellness and Lucy's kitchen shop.

On another note, fall has been treating us very well here in northern Idaho.  I have been fortunate to get out climbing a bunch and even got in another great trip to Canada with my wife Katie.

    So pleased the diet has been a success for you! My son has been on the diet, strictly and successfully, for over 5 years now! Lovely to hear another success story!
